Every time it would rain, Jen’s garage would become wet, leaving water pooling and puddling. With no place for the water to go, mold started to grow, causing damp and unhealthy conditions. There it was properly directed away from the garage, helping keep the garage dry, and preventing the growth of more mold.

After meeting with design specialist Mac McDaniel, a solution was designed to keep their basement dry. The solution includes patented sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard, two TripleSafe Sump Pumps, and BrightWall, to name a few. Homeowner Wayne has lived in his 1980's home since it was built. He was interested in PolyLevel technology that  MidAmerica Basement Systems offers. They wanted the project to be completed quickly and done with care. The PolyLevel is a foam that is injected under the concrete slab and lifts and levels. The PolyLevel and hardens and expands under the slab to bring it back to its former place.
