The bowing walls and water intrusion in this Peoria basement were problematic to the homeowners - they were creating a health hazard. Additionally, the space's usability was put into question every time water entered the premise.

Design specialist Dan Garner worked with the homeowners to design a custom solution. The walls were stabilized using a nine foot PowerBrace and the basement was waterproofed using WaterGuard and an UltraSump. The basement looks fantastic, and its functionality is restored.

When service technician Nathaniel Hauser came out to their property, he noticed some things that could become an issue over time. He talked to the homeowners about how to best avoid these potential issues with CleanSpace. The basement remains dry, and extra protected against water.

He met with design specialist Fred Romane who custom designed a solution for Roger's problem. The system included patented sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard. Roger is very happy with his newly waterproofed basement.
