After, BrightWall is installed to protect the foundation, and WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system directs water into the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The system is keeping the basement dry, and has upped the aesthetic appeal.

Carla and Richard U. of Cedar Rapids, IA reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems after they noticed water coming in through the foundation of their home. They met with design specialist Dustin Shepard, who helped them determine the best solution for their needs. They solution includes the patented sub-floor drainage system, WaterGurad, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The homeowners are very happy with their now dry basement!

Uncovered basement window sills can lead to a leaking basement. MidAmerica Basement Systems can provide many solutions to addressing the problem. One way is to install WaterGuard along the base of the foundation walls to collect any water that enters in through the windows, to have it properly discharged back out of the home. A SuperSump was also installed to accommodate the amount of water that enters into the basement, so water does not collect on the floor.

Darwin was having some issues with water seeping in through the floor and wall joint in his basement. He wasn’t sure how or where it was entering, and called the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems. Bryan had inspected his basement and offered him a WaterGuard and TripleSafe solution. The WaterGuard collect and redirects the water to the sump pump, while preventing it from surfacing to the floor.
