Even after our basement has been dry for years we get your service guys our from time to time.  When Dave came out we took him up on his suggestion of moving the sump pump discharge line around to the front of the house.  Sure I could have some college kids do it but since everything you did was been working why chance it.  Then when it snowed and they still showed up to to the work instead of calling off that clinched it for me.  I made the right coice.

The service technician was top-notch, courteous, professional, and I was 100% satisfied with them. The clean-up could have been a little better, but they did wear shoe covers, which I really appreciated. It didn't take me long to clean up to "my standards".
