Woods had a better understanding of our problem than the other companies that gave us estimates.  We had high humidity in the house because of the crawl space.  There was also a stench coming up into our brand new house…a mildew smell. The material Woods used sealed off the crawl space very well, so we didn't get the nasty smell anymore.  Woods also put a drainage system in with two sump pumps, and it's been a marvelous system.  They were able to take care of the problem in a day and a half!What was once a space we didn't even want to go near because of the stench, we now use for extra storage space.  It was a very good experience.  I think they've got really professional people, and there was good follow-up.  I'm a happy customer with Woods.

In 2002 (our first home), my husband and I noticed cracks forming in the basement and water collecting on the floor.  A friend referred us to Woods Basement Systems. They came in and did a full foundation piering, and they left us with a perfectly dry basement and no mess. So when we noticed cracks forming again in the basement of our new home, we called the company that we trust.  They came in and fixed the foundation problem, and—since we were planning on finishing the basement—they installed additional devices like the SaniDry dehumidification system and a battery backup sump pump. We couldn't be happier with the results.  We have even referred several friends and family members to Woods Basement Systems.

You all did some work for us yesterday, and I just wanted to make a comment that the three workers that were here did an excellent job and I was very satisfied.  They were very polite and friendly. The foreman was Miguel, and his two crew men were Reggie and Jacob.  I just wanted to put out a good shout for those three men.  I thought they did an excellent job; they cleaned it up nice, they were very polite to me, and explained what they were doing.  They just did a very professional job. And I appreciate that.  I'm an older fella, and when you see young men do a good job, you want to tell their supervisors and bosses that they did a good job.  So, I just wanted to pass that along.  Thank you.

My first bill after the work was completed went down over $40. Get the energy audit done! I thought adding insulation was going to do it; it obviously wasn't the total answer. I felt comfortable with these people in my house; I didn't feel like they were strangers. They were very professional. I would recommend Dr. Energy Saver to anybody...over and over again.

Very satisfied. They used runners in the hall & put up plastic around their work area and swept up all debris. Robert and crew still made the trip and kept appointment even after freezing rain the night before and roads were bad. The office staff is very good and friendly.
