I am delighted to report that the system your crew installed worked as designed. The rain storm we had a few weeks ago was the first time we needed the protection Woods installed.
Water was lapping up against the garage door and seeped under the door. The trench drain caught the water and the pump kept up with the inflow.

My basement has had a wall bowing into the house ever since one of the rain storms. Woods Basement Systems placed a flex span over the bow and the wall has begun to return to its normal shape. Woods Basement Systems also repaired the crack in the wall. The people in the office were very helpful and polite.
