The WaterGuard™ system is designed to capture water seepage from the walls and floor of the basement and direct it to the sump pump. WaterGuard™ is installed just below the floor slab, out of the "mud zone," where it won't clog with dirt and debris. This ensures that water is collected and funneled away from the basement, preventing any standing water or moisture buildup. This leaves the homeowner with peace of mind that their basement will stay dry. 

Our Team installed a TripleSafe pump system, WaterGuards, IceGuards, LawnScape outlet, and a CleanSpace Wall System. The TrippleSafe sump pump is designed to keep your basement dry with triple the protection. The first two pumps are active, while the 3rd pump is a fail-safe pump attached to a battery in case of a power outage. The WaterGuards are installed above the footing to capture water before it enters the basement. The IceGuards are designed to prevent clogs or freezing in the discharge line. And lastly, our team installed the CleanSpace system to keep the space clean and dry for our customers. 

A business in Alton was experiencing water seeping into one of their rooms. this caused the carpet to be wet and potential mold growth from there. The business decided to contact Woods Basement Systems to help with their waterproofing needs. Woods Basement Systems came and installed WaterGuard™ paired with the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump to ensure that any water that might be seeking in, gets removed by the sump pump. The WaterGuard™ leads the water to the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump, then the water is pump to a designated drain point. This left the business happy with a comfortable workspace. 

On this job, our team installed PowerBraces along the walls of the basement. Over time, as water in the ground saturates the backfill soil around the foundation, it causes hydrostatic pressure that puts stress on the foundational walls of their basement. So the best method to fix this would be to install PowerBraces. This will permanently stabilize the walls of the basement, ensuring that the walls won't collapse on each other in the future. Giving the customer some peace of mind knowing our product will keep them and their homes safe. 

Our amazing team installed 2 SmartJacks to ensure our customers' crawl space is stabilized and secured. This will help prevent any further damage in the crawl space and lift any sinking structures, creating a safe space for our customers to enter and exit their own crawl space.
