Cracked and Leaning Foundation Stabilized in Park Hills, MO Basement
Justin V. was concerned about water getting into his basement through cracks in the walls and causing damage. To solve this issue, Woods had the WaterGuard System installed. These pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. Next, a CleanSpace Wall System was installed. This will stop water vapor from permeating the walls and will drain the wall leaks. Lastly, the PowerBrace System was put in to help permanently stabilize the foundation. These will also straighten the walls back to their original position and close the cracks to prevent water leakage. Justin can now have peace of mind knowing that the basement will stay dry and clean for years to come!
WaterGuard Stops Leaks in Chesterfield, MO
This Chesterfield, Missouri basement has leaks that leave the basement floor covered with water. In the before picture we see an entry point for water. WaterGuard was installed in this home which is a unique waterproofing system in that it sits on the footing of the home's foundation rather than in the mud which prevents the WaterGuard from clogging with mud. Wet Wildwood, MO Basement Made Dry With WaterGuard and TwinPack
Water can wreak havoc on basements and make it difficult to use the space effectively, and this was the case in this Wildwood, Missouri basement. A Woods Basement Systems team installed several waterproofing measures, including an under-floor WaterGuard drainage system to catch leaks before they make it into the space and a Twin Pack sump pump to remove all of the water collected by the drains.
