Water was seeping through a foundation in De Soto, MO, causing damage and mold to appear. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the WaterGuard System. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to encapsulate the crawlspace and keep the humidity out. This highly durable liner will also keep out other outside elements, like rot and small critters, as well. Next, a sump pump was used to discharge the water out of the crawlspace. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is in great shape!

The WaterGuard drainage system, pictured above, was one of the components installed. It was placed above the footing of the basement and was then covered with concrete. The WaterGuard drainage system collects and drains any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement floor.
