Design specialist Luke K. assessed the situation and came up with the best solution possible. Foreman Melvin F. then traveled to the home to install a Twin Pack sump pump, a CleanSpace wall system, and a Waterguard drainage system. The CleanSpace wall system, pictured above, is a durable plastic liner that is attached to the walls of the basement. It acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that may occur behind it.

Foreman, Miguel O., installed that products. The TripleSafe pump is guaranteed to keep a basement or crawl space dry with its three in one design protection. It is equipped with a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. WaterGuard works to guide water that seeps through basement walls to the sump  pump, so it can be removed from the home. It is installed in the perimeter of a basement or crawl space floor. The Sanidry Humidifier keeps all moisture out, so mold growth is impossible. Additionally, the customer had EverLast insulated walls installed to conceal the products as it was a finished basement. 

Now, Bill W. can enjoy his basement again.
