This Ironton, Missouri homeowner was interested in finishing his basement. Unfortunately, he had issues with water leaks around his basement windows that needed to be dealt with first. After a few calls and a consultation, a Woods Basement Systems team arrived an installed a TwinPack sump pump in the space to remove any leaks. Now protected from water, the homeowner can begin finishing!

Annapolis, MO residents Courtney and Wesley S. were hoping to waterproof their basement, but also make it look great. System Design Specialist Nate C. understood their needs and recommended a BrightWall. It not only gives a semi-finished look but also prevents water vapor from permeating through, keeping the basement drier. Underneath Production Manager Mike J., Foreman Natereace S. and his crew installed this attractive system and now Courtney and Wesley can enjoy their bright and waterproofed basement walls!

The outdoor walls at this Pittsfield home were leaning inward, which if not anchored upright could fall over and potentially cause damage to the property. Our Woods foreman came to straighten out these walls and anchor them to hold them in place. By installing Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchors, these walls are guaranteed to stay in place and keep the rest of the home standing tall.

A porch in Pittsfield, IL was unleveled and needed to be addressed. The homeowners decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in the concrete. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their porch is in great shape! 

Water was entering a basement in Batchtown, IL, causing significant damage to it. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was first installed.  This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it from the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out, and effectively pumps out the water. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona was installed. This efficient, high-capacity, dehumidification system also includes an air filtration system, all in a single unit. This system wrings the air dry, and its powerful blower moves the dry air in and around the area. It also automatically drains the water it catches into the TripleSafe, so there is no need to empty any bucket with this system. This basement will forever stay dry thanks to these systems!
