A crawlspace in Arnold, Missouri needed some stabilization and sealing. The current supports were starting to fail, and the crawlspace was dirty and leaking cold air up into the home. To address these issues, Woods first installed the CleanSpace System. This consists of a durable sheet of material that is placed on the ground and walls. It effectively seals off the ground from the home above it. To fix the stabilization issue, Woods installed the SmartJack System. This system consists of custom cut steel beams. They are placed in galvanized fill to equally distribute the weight of the building. They can be tightened over time. This allows maintenance to be done as the ground continues to shift without requiring another costly install. Thanks to these additions, this crawlspace will stay clean and well-supported for years to come.
