Justin K. of Dewey, Illinois experienced trouble with water leaking into his basement despite his attempt to waterproof. System Design Specialist Greg B. designed a solution to ensure his basement would stay dry.

As part of that solution, Foreman Greg H. installed IceGuard. IceGuard is installed to the exterior discharge line. It provides an exit for water in the event that the line becomes frozen during our cold Midwest winters.

Dewey, Illinois resident Justin K. was concerned about water leaking into his basement where the floor meets the wall. Greg B., System Design Specialist, designed a solution to waterproof Justin's basement.

Greg H., Foreman, installed WaterGuard as part of the waterproofing solution. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that collects and guides water to the sump pump and away from the home.

Justin K. of Dewey, Illinois attempted to waterproof his basement, but his system failed. System Design Specialist Greg B. inspected the basement and designed a solution to ensure the basement would stay dry. 

Foreman Greg H. installed the TripleSafe sump pump system as part of the solution. TripleSafe is equipped with a main pump, backup pump, and battery-powered pump to ensure the basement stays dry all the time.

Notice the DIY paint cans on the bottom right-hand corner of this photo? If you see water around doorways or stairways, you probably need to call the professionals. This drainage system effectively captures surface water at stairways, doorways, and other openings, and guides it directly to your sump pump system.  

Since this crawl space wasn't properly sealed, outer elements were able to enter and create damage. To solve this issue, Team Woods installed an advanced tarp system that completely sealed the external components from sneaking inside!
