During rainy weather, this Silex, Missouri crawl space was wet and water damaged. With no means of protection against water damage, Team Woods installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system onto the walls and floor to seal the space from water. This album will showcase the condition of the crawl space before and after renovations took place. 

This Innsbrook, Missouri homeowner was having issues with water coming in from behind a portion of her basement drywall. She was very worried that it would cause large amounts of damage, so she called Woods Basement Systems. After cutting away parts of the drywall, a Woods team installed an under-floor WaterGuard drainage system at the base of the leaking foundation wall. Finally, a TripleSafe sump pump was put in place to remove all water from the home.

A basement in Wright City, Missouri had some water leaking from under the walls. To address this issue, Woods came out and installed a french drain system called the WaterGuard. This system allows collected water to be directed to the nearby sump pump for efficient removal. It sits on top of the soil just below the floor as to avoid clogging from debris. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their porch is in great shape!
