Due to water entering this basement in Maplewood, MO, the walls and the flooring is damaged and susceptible to mold and mildew. Our Woods teams installed a TripleSafe™ sump pump to direct water out of the basement. To revive the look of the rest of the basement and keep further water damage from happening, the team used WaterGuard™ installed within the floors to collect water and send it to the TripleSafe™ system. For the walls, a CleanSpace™ wall encapsulation system is placed to prevent humidity and rot from occurring. Now this basement is safer and easily accessible without any worry about rot and water damage making it uninhabitable and a not-so-safe environment for the homeowner.

This University City, Missouri home's basement had been plagued with leaks for years. Water would stream through cracks in the walls and pool on the floor, creating quite a mess. These gutter-like drains are put in place underneath the floor at the base of the leaking walls to catch any and all water.

A corner of a basement in Saint Louis, MO was leaking, causing mold to grow on the walls. To fix this, the WaterGuard system was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house.
