This will catch the water that leaks from the basement window and drain it down to the WaterGuard System, which will guide this water to the sump pump to be pumped out of the house. Additionally, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to WaterGuard as well.
