A basement in Saint Louis, MO, was leaking during heavy rain and needed to be addressed before concerns of mold emerged. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system lays horizontally on top of the soil to avoid clogging. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will stay dry during heavy rain. 

A sidewalk n Saint Louis, MO, was cracked and unleveled. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the cracks and seams in the concrete. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive. With these systems in place, the homeowner can have peace of mind that their concrete will remain in great shape!

This system sits horizontally on top of the soil to prevent clogging. Finally, a sump pump was used to discharge the collected water out of the basement. This sump pump has a battery back-up generator to ensure the pump keeps working, even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is in great shape!
