Next, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that enters the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system sits horizontally on top of the soil to ensure no clogging occurs. Then, a sump pump was used to discharge the water out of the basement. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry.

This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs.
