A sidewalk in Saint Louis, MO, was sinking and had large cracks and gaps in the concrete. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps and cracks. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape! 

A basement in Maryland Heights, MO, was leaking during heavy rain and required a full waterproofing system to keep it dry all the time. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system has a horizontal design that sits on top of the soil, so no clogging will ever take place. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the water out of the basement. This sump pump has a battery back-up generator to ensure the pump keeps working, even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is in great shape! 

Arthur M. of Imperial, Missouri noticed that water was collecting in his home's basement after heavy rain showers. He did not want to have to clean up a mess every time it stormed, so he called Woods Basement Systems.

Design specialist Chris A. assessed the situation and decided that the best option was to install a Twin Pack sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Mason S. then headed to the home to get the job started.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was installed above the footing of the basement. It collects any water rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. The Waterguard the drains the water to the sump pump.

Arthur M. no longer has to worry about his home's basement holding water. He now has a dry and waterproof home.

Foreman, Juan H., worked to install the products. The twin pack sump pump has two pumps included, placed on two levels to prevent flooding, even in severe weather. The WaterGuard works to guide water that seeps through basement walls to the sump pump in order for it to be removed from the home. 

Now, Nick M. has a dry basement. 

David H. of Imperial, Missouri needed some preventative waterproofing work done to his basement, so he called Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Adam R. recommended installing a Twin Pack sump pump and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Melvin F. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump has two stainless steel pumps that work to help protect your home against leaks and floods. WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of a basement floor and it is used to collect water that seeps through basement walls. It then takes that water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now David H. has a safe, dry basement.
