The original crown was worn and cracked, and the mortar had been weakened overtime. Thanks to the hard work of our team, this home is better protected, and this chimney looks and preforms great!

An amazing shingle and roof replacement in Lakeville, CT
For this house, we did not need to do a full roof replacement because the decking layer was in good condition. The only thing on this house that needed to be replaced was the underlayment, Ice and Water, and the shingles. Due to not having to replace the decking layer we were able to save the customer money and time. As you can see in the photos it was already turning night and this customer wanted the job fully completed in one day, so we stayed later than usual to get the job done and made sure to meet their expectations to the fullest.
