For the Vienneau family our team installed a new roof with IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingles. We also took care of their old and damaged wood siding and replaced it with a more durable and a longer lasting Indigo dutchlap vinyl siding.

For this roof, we had to replace the shingles and repair the decking layer in some locations. This homeowner called us informing us that their roof had a leak and that they wanted us to replace their roof. The first step in this process is to rip up the old shingles and inspect the decking layer. Once we decided that it needed to be repaired we ripped up the rotted pieces of wood and replaced them. Next, we laid down Sealeron Ice and water and a synthetic underlayment. After this, we can install the shingles and this customer decided on our IKO Dynasty Summit Gray Shingles. Now that this home has a new roof this customer can be certain that they will stay dry and safe all year round for many many years.
