All new plywood was installed, and covered with Ice and Water Shield. This will help protect the wood decking from water damage such as wood rot, leaks, and mold. A new ridge vent was added, in order to achieve proper ventilation in this customer's attic. Lastly, the team installed brand new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Driftshake.
