This homeowner's new roof has elevated the look of their home. The Brown Roofing team removed worn shingles, and replaced them with brand new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Castle Gray, in order to produce a more charming look for this home. The Brown Roofing team rebuild this old chimney. Stained and worn out mortar was removed and replaced, and new bricks were installed. This chimney's performance has increased just as drastically as it's appearance has. 

The Brown Roofing team installed ridge vents on either side of this homeowner's chimney. This new ridge vent allows for hot air to exit this customer's attic. This can prevent condensation and mold. After the new ridge vent was installed, our crew finished this job by adding new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Castle Gray.
