The Brown Roofing crew replaced the roof on this magnificent home in Guilford, CT with IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles. The house was originally built with a tongue and groove system which was outdated and rotting. We updated and replaced it with a layer of plywood, underlayment, and ice and water to seal off and protect the house from the elements.
