While the exact age of the roof was unknown, it was clear that a full replacement was needed. Inspector Geoffrey performed a thorough inspection and walked Richard through our roofing process and materials, helping him feel confident moving forward with Brown Roofing. Project Manager Chris and his experienced crew completed the work by removing the old shingles, inspecting the underlying plywood sheathing, and replacing any damaged sections to ensure a solid foundation. Ice and water shield membrane and synthetic underlayment were then installed for enhanced protection. The roof was finished with IKO Dynasty architectural shingles in Richard’s chosen color, Granite Black, all backed by Brown Roofing’s 50-year warranty. With the project complete, Richard’s home now has a durable, great-looking roof built to withstand New England weather and keep his family safe and dry from nor’easter for years to come.
