The Brown Roofing team headed to Orange to give this home a top-quality roof makeover, starting with a chimney rebuild to ensure a solid foundation. After that, they installed protective underlayment and sleek IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black. The result? A stunning, durable new roof backed by our 50-year warranty and built to stand out. This roof was covered in spreading mold and algea and had some damage around the chimney area. We replaced the roof with Owens Corning shingles in color Estate Gray.

This job was short and sweet as we were only replacing the roof on this shed. The sheds “decking layer” or what was left was paper thin and rotting and desperately needed to be replaced. There were also a few places that had damaged or missing shingles. 

Just as any house we ripped up the old shingles and decking layer. Replaced the rotting wood and then laid down strip tape, Sealeron Ice and Water, and a synthetic underlayment. After this we installed our IKO Dynasty Shingles, finishing off the shed.

This beautiful home in Beacon Falls, Connecticut was in need of a new roof. A full roof replacement was the solution, and the Brown Roofing team was ready to help.
