This homeowner chose IKO Dynasty shingles in color Monaco Red in order to achieve this incredible transformation. After 23 years, this roof in Shelton showed signs of rotted decking, cracking shingles and moss growth. IKO Dynasty Cornerstone shingles now protect and beautify this home.

This beautiful home had severe moss and algae overgrowth. This allowed water to seep through the shingles and absorb into the decking layer, which caused the plywood layer to rot away. Once we ripped up the old shingles we tore up the rotten underlayment and replaced it. The homeowner choose IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles which matched perfectly with their olive siding.
