The old roof showed weathering and wear around the chimney area that indicated the entire roof was past its prime. The roof now has a clean, fortified appearance with IKO Dynasty Granite Black.

From the inspector's point of view, the original roof was covered in moss and algae, which can trap moisture and accelerate deterioration of the roof, and therefore shorten its lifespan. In the after photo, the roof was transformed with IKO Dynasty Matte Black shingles, giving the roof a clean appearance and ultimate protection.

This Fairfield roof showed signs of age, granule loss, staining, and slight lifting near the vent and flashing, which can leave the roof vulnerable to leaks.

For this roof the shingles were still in decent shape but the customer wanted a whole new roof replaced so we of ripped up the old one replaced the decking layer and layed down new shingles along with underlayment and Ice and Water. There was damages and moss growth around their chimney so we repaired the area.
