I first have to say that there is not enough room here to write all the positives that I'd like to say, especially when I'd like to give 10 stars. It all started with the best feeling that I had when I initially began looking for help to replace my roof. I kept being drawn back to Klaus Larsen's website. I had the best feeling about them from the beginning. From the time I talked with the office and the ladies there, ever so helpful, until the day that Tom came to look at my roof, I knew I would make the right decision. Not only was their quote the best but the whole job was perfect from beginning to end. The BEST crew you could ever want, from having to deal with one of the hottest days of the season, non stop until the job was complete, even to the clean up not leaving one bit of debris in the ground! I thought I reviewed before, but it looks like I forgot to. Anyway, my husband & I highly recommend Klaus Larsen. During a wind & rainstorm, the gutter in the backside of our house pulled out & twisted, hanging down. We were afraid that it might hit a window if another heavy wind came about and knew that it was beyond repair. We called a few roofing companies to come out to give us estimates. The other companies either never called us back or schedule a date and time to come out but never showed up! From the moment I called Klaus Larsen Roofing, everyone was very responsive and great to work with. The sales rep called 15 minutes prior to our set appointment to say that he was on his way. The office sends you a photo of the sales rep, so you know who to expect at the door! He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions & was not high pressure at all. On the day that our gutter replacement was scheduled, there was a lot of snow on the ground, and it was only 19 degrees outside. I called the company & asked if they wanted to reschedule because it was so cold out & I didn't want the workers to freeze. I was told that they'd be fine & they would go ahead in the freezing cold and do the job as promised. They came out on time & replaced our gutters & downspout. They thoroughly cleaned up everything. Great company & great job! Pricing was good too. Not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for. I highly recommend them!

They were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional. They know their product and stand behind their work. If I could have them do everything in my house, I would do it. They are really good. Excellent company! They helped me deal with my insurance company which is above and beyond what any roofing company would do.

They came out today and did our roof because it is supposed to rain this week. They were here by 7:30 am and gone by 12:30 pm. They did a great job cleaning up which is big for me because I have a 6-month-old puppy who tries to eat everything she can get. The roof looks so much better than before. Thank you guys!

There are very few companies that exceed expectations, but they did that. I will recommend them to friends and family.
