Our team handled a full roof replacement on both the home and the garage. Once we removed the existing shingles, we found that the back half of the house needed all new plywood, which we replaced to ensure a solid foundation for the new system.

To help improve airflow and prevent moisture buildup, we also added three new bath vents, two along the back of the main home and one on the section connecting to the garage. Throughout the project, materials and the dumpster were staged in the driveway to keep everything organized and efficient for the crew.

During the evaluation, we noted the home had four gable areas, two with exposed gable vents and two tied into cathedral ceilings on the second floor.
