This home in Lebanon, CT was in need of a roof replacement due to age and wear. To start this project, we tore away and disposed of the existing roofing materials. We then inspected the roof decking, where we found 8 damaged sheets of plywood decking which we then replaced. We installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the home from the elements. We also applied a layer of Synthetic Underlayment in places where there were no Ice & Water Barrier. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Earthtone Cedar colorway. To finish the project we installed a ridge vent to keep consistent attic ventilation, and we also replaced the vent pipe boot and chimney flashing. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
This ranch-style home in Mansfield Center, CT was in desperate need for a new roof. To start the process, we tore off the existing roofing materials, including 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We sealed all joints on the roof deck with flashing tape, in accordance with new building requirements. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Gray. Lastly, we removed and replaced chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

In terms of skylights, we installed one Velus FS Skylight, and one Lam E3 FS Mounted Skylight.
