Roof Shingle Replacement in Suffield, CT

The owners of this home in Suffield called us because they needed their roof repaired. At first, they asked us to install a 2nd layer of shingles over the original. The owners changed their mind when we visited the job and explained how a 2nd layer would only harm their home without fixing their issues. We fixed their roof by tearing off the old shingles and installing new ice & water barrier and synthetic underlayments. Lastly, the Onyx Black Duration shingles were installed and the owners had their skylights replaced at the same time with new solar powered skylights.

Full Roof Replacement in Gales Ferry, CT

Nature can only be kept at bay for so long. On this Gales Ferry project, the roof was being smothered by lichen and moss. Aside from being unsightly, moss retains moisture and will hasten the damage done by frost in the winter months. Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Tan shingles were used to restore this roof, and give it a healthy new glow.

New Roof in Coventry, CT

This raised ranch in Coventry had a roof that was about twenty two years old. The chimney was in dire need of flashing as well as repointing. As these shingles fully settle in, we will have another roofing project that we at Klaus Larsen are proud to put our name on.
