Skylight Replacement in Cranston, RI

Gutter Replacement in Cranston, RI

Debbie in Cranston, RI had recently trusted us with her roof replacement and was ready to continue improving her home by upgrading her gutter system. The existing gutters were older and worn down, no longer performing the way they should, so it was the right time for a full replacement.

Our team started by addressing the fascia, replacing any rotted wood with rough sawn boards to create a solid base. We then wrapped all fascia boards in white PVC-coated aluminum to protect the wood and give the home a clean, finished look.

From there, we installed the Klaus High Flow Complete Gutter System in white. This system includes heavy-duty GutterStud mounting brackets for a secure hold and Raindrop Pro gutter guards to help keep debris out and water flowing properly. We also installed 3x4 aluminum downspouts with wide mouth outlets to efficiently direct water away from the home, along with custom-fit miters to match each section of the gutter system.

With the new system in place, Debbie’s home now has strong, reliable gutters that not only perform well but also complement the fresh look of her recently completed roof.

New Roof Replacement in Cranston, RI

Teresa's home in Cranston, RI, was ready for a roofing upgrade that would improve both protection and appearance. The project focused on replacing the main roofing areas while preserving a separate flat roof section on the left side of the building, which was not included in the scope of work.

As part of the installation, special attention was given to several important roof details. A roof cricket was constructed behind the chimney to help direct water around this large roof penetration and improve drainage in the area. The project also addressed a pipe boot located within a low-slope section of the roof, helping ensure a secure and weather-resistant seal.

The home features both steep-slope and low-slope roofing sections, requiring materials designed for each specific application. The sloped roof areas received new IKO Dynasty shingles in Brownstone, while the designated low-slope section was completed using Polyglass roofing material in Oak. Together, these materials created a cohesive look across the home's various roof planes.

With the installation complete, the home now benefits from a refreshed appearance and upgraded protection where it matters most.

Flat Roof Replacement in Framingham, MA

Philip’s home had a 20-year-old flat roof that was breaking down and causing major leaks right above the kitchen. With interior water damage becoming a real concern, a full roof replacement was urgent. Our team removed the failing roof and installed a new EPDM flat roofing system using a durable .060 black membrane. We sealed all seams and edges with JDM Seam Tape to ensure long-lasting protection, then finished it off with a clean white aluminum perimeter trim. This new flat roof is watertight, reliable, and built to handle New England weather. The Klaus Roofing Way!

Roof Replacement in Framingham, MA

Roy in Framingham, MA, reached out to us after noticing a small leak in the roof over his first-floor office. While the roof looked fine from the outside, water stains inside showed that something more serious was going on. Since the roof was over 10 years old and already leaking, Roy decided it was best to move forward with a full roof replacement on the main home. During the project, our crew removed the old shingles and discovered that a sheet of plywood around the left-side bump-out had water damage. We replaced the plywood, sealed the entire deck with SealoronXT Deck Tape, and installed SealoronXT Ice & Water along the edges and vulnerable areas. The rest of the roof was protected with VeloraONE Roof Underlayment before we installed new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray.

Now, Roy has a brand-new roof from a roofing company he can count on, built to handle New England weather and backed by a 50-year transferable warranty. The Klaus Roofing Way!
