Sean in Swansea, MA reached out after noticing issues along the ridge of his roof and wanted to make sure everything was properly secured and protected. The ridge area is one of the most important parts of the roof for ventilation and sealing, so addressing it was key to preventing future problems.

Our team removed the existing ridge sections on both the main home and garage, then installed a new ridge vent system to restore proper airflow. We finished the ridge with black ridge cap shingles to create a clean, sealed finish. In addition, we replaced the gutter apron along the front second-floor eaves. Because the home is exposed to strong winds, we secured the new apron using screws instead of nails to ensure a stronger, longer-lasting hold.
