Since we had completed her roof a few years ago, we knew the issue was likely related to heat loss and insulation in the attic. After a full evaluation, the best solution was a complete attic insulation upgrade. Our team began by removing all existing batt insulation and sections of old plywood to fully open up the bays and clean out the space properly. This allowed us to address air leaks and prepare the attic for a more effective insulation system. Around the HVAC components, we applied spray foam to help seal and protect those areas.
