After a severe storm caused a tree to damage her home, Natasia in Ledyard, CT reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing to assess the condition of her roof, gutters, and skylights. While the roof was only about 10 years old and hadn’t started leaking yet, the storm damage compromised the system enough that repairs alone wouldn’t have been the right long-term solution. Following a full inspection, the roof replacement was approved through insurance, allowing us to move forward with a complete roof replacement instead of temporary fixes. We removed the existing roofing materials and rebuilt the system using SealoronXT Ice & Water in the most vulnerable areas, SealoronXT Deck Tape along the roof deck seams, and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the remaining surface to create a strong, leak-resistant base. The new roof was finished with IKO Dynasty architectural shingles in Granite Black, giving the home a clean, updated look while restoring full protection.
