From there, we applied Roof X Tender 981 Flash and Sealant to all seam edges and screw penetrations, reinforcing the most vulnerable points of the roof. Once everything was sealed, we applied a silicone-based coating across the entire section, creating a watertight barrier designed to extend the roof’s life and keep the sunroom protected. To finish the job, we cut back the siding from the roofline and installed new solid PVC frieze board with an aluminum drip cap for a clean, finished look.
