Norman in Lebanon, CT, reached out when it was time to replace his roof and make sure his home was properly protected. Our team started by removing the existing shingles and inspecting the decking underneath to check for any areas that needed attention. Once the surface was prepared, we installed SealoronXT Ice & Water along the edges and vulnerable sections, followed by VeloraONE Roof Underlayment to create a strong layer of protection across the entire roof. The project was completed with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray, giving Norman’s home a clean, updated look along with a durable roofing system built to handle the elements for years to come.

Here was a home in Mansfield Center that we roofed along with an accompanying stand alone garage. Ice & water shield was installed on the dormer with revamped lead flashing on the chimney.

This home in Mansfield had a roof that was old and curling at the edges. When we replaced the roof, the owners wanted the gutters replaced with new gutter guards. The entire roof was torn off and replaced on the same day. We then installed Aluminum Seamless gutter and LeafRelief gutter guards.

This single-family home was in need of a new roof. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing materials and replaced all damaged plywood decking. We installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Desert Tan. We finished the job by installing a Ridge Vent, which comes with a Weather Protector moisture barrier. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing! 

This single family home in Mansfield Center, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 1 sheets of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we were sure to seal all joints on the roof deck with flashing tape. We then installed four rows of an IKO GoldShield Ice & Water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Driftwood. We finished the job by installing a brand new  Ridge Vent. This ridge vent comes with a Weather Protector moisture barrier and proved top-notch consistent attic ventilation. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
