Roof & Skylight Installment in South Windsor, CT
This single-family home in South Windsor, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of asphalt roofing, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. In terms of skylights, we installed 2 new Velux VS Skylights. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
Raised Ranch Roof Replacement in South Windsor, CT
This single family home in South Windsor, CT was in need of a new roof. After removing one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced 4 rotted sheets of plywood decking. We then installed two rows of Tribuilt Ice & Water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Brown. This ranch-style home in Madison, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roof material, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed flashing tape to all joints on the entire roof deck, in accordance with the new building code requirements.
