Seth in Vernon, CT purchased his home about three years ago, and during a recent wind and ice storm, a large section of the second-floor gutter was torn away from the house. The gutter was bent nearly 90 degrees and left hanging, creating a clear risk for further damage.

Our team removed the damaged section and installed a new Klaus HF gutter in Royal Brown to restore proper drainage and secure everything back in place. The new gutter blends in nicely with the home and is built to hold up against tough weather conditions.

This was a strip and re-shingle in Chester, CT for a recently purchased home. The original roof had sustained a great deal of damage from power washing. We do not recommend power washing as it can remove shingle granules and void preexisting insurance policies. Klaus Larsen recycled all of the old asphalt. We also added an all new plywood deck over a dining room addition and rebuilt the skylight curb. To protect the most vulnerable areas, we applied the Sealoron XT Ice & Water barrier along the edges and valleys, and the VeloraOne Roof Underlayment was used across the rest of the roof to ensure a waterproof seal. With all new flashing in place and every corner fortified, we topped it off with IKO Dynasty shingles—a heavy-duty product designed to withstand winds up to 130 MPH. These heavy-duty shingles ensure Grant and Karen's home is ready to face even the harshest New England weather while adding a fresh, vibrant look.
