Albert in East Hampton, CT was ready to replace his aging 26-year-old roof and wanted something durable and low maintenance. He reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing for expert help with a full roof replacement. After meeting with one of our Project Consultants, we developed a plan for Albert’s home. Our crew removed the old shingles and inspected the roof deck, making sure it was solid and ready for a new system. We installed SealoronXT Deck Tape between each plywood seam, followed by SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield in vulnerable areas, and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the roof deck. To complete the project, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Granite Black. Now Albert’s home has a clean, updated look and a roofing system built to last for decades. Kurt in East Hampton, CT, reached out needing a full roof replacement for his home. His skylights were aging, so we roofed over the three on the left side and replaced the two on the front to prevent future leaks. Our team removed the old shingles, replaced sections of damaged plywood, and installed the SealoronXT Deck Tape to seal the deck. We added SealoronXT Ice & Water in the vulnerable areas and covered the rest with Velora One Underlayment for full protection. This ranch-style home located in Vernon, CT was in desperate need of a new roofing system. The old roof was outdated and needed to be torn off and replaced. We first stripped the old roof and brought the shingles to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT to get the shingles turned into brand new roads. Then we replaced any damaged plywood decking and laid down Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from the outside elements. To top it off we put in a new VentSure Ridge Vent to provide consistent attic ventilation as well as new lead chimney flashing.
