This job was unique in that it was a home that was renovated into an office. The roof had 3-tab shingles that were curling and allowing water to enter. It was only necessary to replace the main roof and not the wrap around porch. Color: Estate Gray

This single-family home in Middletown, CT was in need of a new roof and gutter guards. To start, we tore off 1 layer of existing roofing materials, and 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Duration Trudefinition Shingles in the color Onyx Black. In terms of Gutter Guards, we installed the MicroGuard Gutter Guards by Englert on all existing gutters. We finished by installing the Copper Cat Algae Terminator on the front roof, to prevent the growth of algae, moss, and mold on the roofing materials. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This house was in need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off 2 layers of existing roofing materials including 30 sheets of plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. in order to protect against leaks. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black.
