This was a Cape style house with an additional two-car garage. The roof was 18 years old, with two layers that were removed and carefully disposed of. In addition to installing ventilation within the roof, we also added a ridge vent to the garage.
Our crew performed a complete roof replacement for this home in Columbia, CT. We tore off the existing shingles that were outdated and installed all new ones. Also during this project, we replaced the chimney flashing, ridge vents, and skylight flashing. The homeowners really appreciated our crew's attention to detail!

This cape-style home in Columbia, Connecticut was in desperate need of a new roof. We began by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 sheets of plywood decking. To protect the home from any outside moisture, we installed 3 rows of Weatherlock G Ice & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys etc. For new shingles we used Brownwood asphalt shingles. Further, we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing. This stylish roof can now handle any weather condition, worry free!
