This 1995 colonial style home located in Burlington, Connecticut was completely stripped of its roof which suffered from water damage, and replaced with a new Klaus Larsen roofing system. We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing all damaged plywood decking. We then installed three rows of Ice & Water barrier from all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We installed driftwood shingles which includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty including a 10 year Algae-Resistance and a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Limited Warranty. Further, we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing.

Skylight install and new asphalt roofing

For new shingles, the Onyx Black gives this home a whole new look. Around the chimney we removed the old flashing and installed new copper flashing.
