Michael had just purchased his new home in Marlboro, NY when he learned the roof was 25 years old. Wanting to start fresh and protect his investment, he knew a roof replacement was a priority. As shown in the before photos, the original shingles were heavily weathered and covered in moss. Clear signs that the roof had seen better days. Our crew stripped away the old shingles, replaced any damaged plywood, and installed the full Klaus Roofing System, including SealoronXT Deck Tape, SealoronXT Ice & Water, and VeloraOne Roof Underlayment for full protection. We completed the upgrade with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Castle Grey, giving Michael's home a cleaner, stronger, and more modern look that’s built to last. The Klaus Roofing Way!

David in Marlboro decided it was time to replace the aging roof on both his home and garage after dealing with occasional winter-related leaks over the years. The roof was more than 25 years old, and while the leaks mainly appeared during periods of heavy snow buildup, the overall condition and appearance of the roof made replacement the right long-term decision.

Our team installed a complete Klaus Roofing System on both structures, including doubled and stepped flashing caps to help provide extra protection in vulnerable transition areas. 

The new roofing system was built using SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield, VeloraONE Roof Underlayment, and SealoronXT Deck Tape where needed, for added protection beneath the shingles. To complete the installation, David selected IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black paired with brown chimney flashing, giving the home and garage a bold, updated appearance while improving long-term protection against the elements.

Roof was over 30 years old, with leaks, and a tarp hardly holding this roof up!
