Karen in Chelsea, NY, reached out to us when it became clear her old roof had reached the end of its life. The shingles were showing signs of wear, and she wanted to protect her home before leaks could develop. Our team completed a full roof replacement using IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray. The new roofing system not only gives her home a sleek, refreshed look but also provides long-lasting protection against the elements. To properly seal and protect the home, we installed SealoronXT Deck Tape over the seams of the roof deck, which helps keep water out while still allowing the wood to breathe. In the most vulnerable areas, like the eaves and valleys, we added SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield for an added layer of leak protection. The rest of the roof was then covered with VeloraONE Roof Underlayment, creating a strong secondary water barrier across the entire roof. To finish the project, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray, giving Karen’s home a clean, updated look along with durable, long-term protection.
