Our crew, led by Project Manager Valentin Rosales, began tearing off the old shingles bright and early. The old shingles were collected and thrown into one of our dumpsters. Then several sheets of plywood were replaced before the underlayment went on. We install Ice & Water barrier and Synthetic underlayments to protect the roof. Then the shingles were nailed down.
