Both roofs had asphalt shingles that needed an upgrade.

Our team inspected the roofs and confirmed the need for full replacements. After removing the old, worn shingles, we installed brand-new, durable asphalt shingles on both the modular home and the garage, ensuring a proper seal to prevent any future leaks. The homeowner also opted to have her gutters updated, and we installed a Raindrop gutter system to further protect her home from water damage.
