We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys as well as new gray asphalt shingles. Lastly, we removed all existing chimney flashing and replaced it with brand new lead flashing. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
