This attractive single-family home was in desperate need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off 1 layer of existing roofing materials, as well as replacing the entire roof's decking with brand new plywood. Next we installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Shield near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles we installed the Duration TruDefinition Shingle in the color Desert Tan. In effort to provide top-notch roof ventilation, we installed a Ridge Vent with a Weather Protector moisture barrier. Lastly, we removed and installed 5" aluminum seamless gutters in the color white. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

In Newington, CT, we recently repaired a roof on a home where the chimney intersected two planes of the roof. This Tudor style home located in Bloomfield, CT has just gone under a complete roof replacement.
