Very courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible in rescheduling our service dates and keeping us advised on what to expect for the insulation job.

The sales person, Simon Smith, was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and easy to talk to regarding our insulation job. Spectacular experience!!!

The install crew, who came from Connecticut (HQ company) were outstanding! Best crew we have ever experienced. They removed all the existing insulation, plugged holes in attic, added 2-4 more inches of insulation than expected and most importantly, completed the job in 4 hours!!! The job was estimated to take 2.5 days to complete; but the install crew did not take any breaks and worked very efficiently. The crew consisted of Johny, Hector and another gentlemen. There was minimal clean up required and they did an extremely high quality fabulous job! Unbelievable experience. The Drying Company should ensure all crews can perform at the same level as this crew.
